- Your medical file – If you provide us with medical information, this may be included in your medical file. We only do this if this is legally permitted or we have obtained your explicit permission to do so
- Contact Form – If you have any questions, you can always contact us by completing the contact form. You will be asked to enter your name and contact details along with a description of your question. This information will only be used to process your request and to improve our services.
- Order via the website – Information you provide when placing an order is used by us to process the order. Where necessary, data is provided to other parties involved in processing the order, such as the delivery service.
