Complaints procedure

Inside DEKO Dental Noordhove We do everything we can to offer you the best dental care and would like to have good contact with you about this. If, despite the efforts of our employees, you feel that we have informed or treated you incorrectly or carelessly, we ask that you first discuss this with us personally. It is important for us to know that you are not satisfied or have a problem. We would like to explain to you why we have done something a certain way and this usually resolves any ambiguities. We trust that we will find a suitable solution together. If you cannot reach an agreement, advice can be obtained by telephone from the Dental Information Point (TIP). They can give you advice on what steps you can take to resolve your complaint. You do this via the special contact form Allesoverhetgebit.nl. If this does not provide a satisfactory solution, you can use the KNMT complaints procedure to which the practice is affiliated.
